Irène Stasko

Founder

CPT, AFAA, TPI, CAFS

Irène, originally from Paris, France is a certified Personal Trainer through the Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and a Golf Fitness Expert through the Titleist Performance Institute ( TPI ). She is a Performance Coach certified in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) by The Gray Institute, and is also a certified instructor in Pilates, Yoga and Kickboxing.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience, she has developed a deep understanding of human movement and how pain stems from imbalances in activity and posture.

Irène believes lasting success comes from self-respect, discipline, and perseverance. Her mission is to help clients build strength and confidence through exercises that support optimal health.

Gayle Reichler
MS, RDN

Gayle is an accomplished Registered Dietitian and Lifestyle Coach with over 20 years of experience specializing in weight management and wellness. She is the author of Active Wellness, an internationally released book, and Feel Good For Life, a wellness-focused cookbook. Gayle is also the creator of the Active Wellness Program, which has been implemented by Fortune 500 companies in New York City and is endorsed by the American Heart Association. In addition to her private practice, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at New York University in the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies.

Quinn Ferguson
CMPC

Quinn is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and a PSIA-AASI Certified Alpine Instructor, Children's Specialist, and Freestyle Specialist with a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology. His approach blends evidence-based techniques with a background in philosophy and sport studies, creating a holistic, personalized experience for each client. Quinn works with individuals to develop mental, emotional, and self-regulatory skills that enhance performance, well-being, and personal growth—in sport and beyond.
